The association continuously offers a number of training sessions targeted the boards of the agricultural companies or groups of employees. They are offered either by the association itself or in collaboration with established training providers - eg. Aarhus University or Aros.

The intention is to offer specific training activities that reflect the wishes and needs of member group. It gives participants good opportunities to establish professional and social networks that can promote the usefulness of what has been learned.
